        We are happy to help with the processing of returns and transport damage.

        For returns, you can fill out a return delivery note online here. This will be forwarded directly to our service centre.

        Excluded from return are

        • Goods whose invoice date is older than 3 months

        • Opened packaging units

        • Safety-related items, e.g. fire and smoke protection items with corresponding accessories

        • Customised articles

        • Filters, air outlets, volume flow controllers and weather protection grilles
