Precision dehumidification redefined for aquaculture and food production environments
Menerga offers cutting-edge solutions featuring the Drysolair system, designed specifically to eliminate high levels of moisture within buildings. By precooling the air in the recuperator before dehumidification, our unit operates with significantly lower compressor power compared to traditional heat pump systems. This innovation ensures an optimal climate in environments like ice rinks and proves valuable for building drying or industrial processes.
Air volume flow: 1,000 – 6,000 m³/h
The Drysolair is equipped with energy efficient EC fans and an integrated recuperator. This helps to minimise energy consumption for ventilation and dehumidification.
The unit housing is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant steel sheets and complies to various standards such as VDI 3803 and DIN EN 13053.
The Drysolair has an integrated mechanical refrigeration system that meets the requirements of DIN EN 378. It is classified according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23 EC and offers maximum performance over various operating conditions.
The unit is optionally equipped with a communication and service module that enables remote monitoring via the Internet. Various functions such as message notifications, data transmission and visualisation of the unit in real time can be carried out.
In Norway Royal Salmon‘s production hall, we rely on a combination of 6 NX ThermoCond and 6 Drysolair units for ventilation and dehumidification. These state-of-the-art systems from Menerga not only ensure optimum air circulation, but also regulate the humidity in a controlled way. Thanks to the precise control, we create ideal conditions for the growth and well-being of the aquacultures.
Our corrosionfree cross-flow plate heat exchanger is made from polypropylene. This heat exchanger is optimized to meet the requirements of air volume at all operating points, heat recovery efficiency, flow losses, and condensate removal. The integrated construction ensures the high-performance heat exchanger operates efficiently throughout the entire unit depth.
Made from acid and alkali-resistant polypropylene, this material offers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability. It complies with fire class B2 according to DIN 4102-1 standards. Our recuperator unit establishes a benchmark in quality and efficiency, meeting the highest standards of performance.
Our fan motor unit features a high-performance fan impeller, designed for single-sided suction with backward-curved blades, optimized for energy-efficient operation without a spiral casing. The specific blade design ensures high efficiency and smooth operation. The eC motor is integrated into the impeller hub, incorporating a commutation unit for motor control and speed adjustment, all housed within the motor casing. A Power Factor Controller ensures a sinusoidal input current, adhering to current and forthcoming harmonic load standards.
The inlet nozzle with a ring line is optimally matched to the impeller geometry, allowing for static pressure extraction. The motor and impeller are mounted on rubber vibration dampers within the device housing. The impeller with the motor is balanced, meeting the G 2.5 balance quality grade according to ISO 1940 T1 standards. This guarantees a seamless and low-vibration operation of our fan motor unit.
