The NX Adconair Adiabatic zeroGWP utilises a combination of indirect evaporative cooling and dew point cooling to enable effective air conditioning without refrigerants.
In evaporative cooling, air is cooled by water evaporation without requiring mechanical cooling. Dew point cooling uses a portion of the outdoor air, which is also humidified but not supplied to the room. This allows the supply air to reach temperatures below the wet-bulb temperature of the exhaust air.
This is made possible by the counterflow plate heat exchanger, enabling significant cooling capacity as well as maximum energy recovery from exhaust heat. The result is an environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and versatile solution.
